"I took these with the hope that I could find some relieve for some joint paint I’d been having for weeks. To my surprise, the pain went away after only having taken this twice! It did cause some uncomfortable bloating though but only one time. The capsules aren’t so large that they’re difficult to swallow. There’s no weird odors or aftertaste. The bottle is not childproof so just be cautious of that but other than that, they were great."

"This is a good supplement as far as Magnesium goes. It has 50 percent daily value of magnesium. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it says it’s a magnesium and potassium supplement but it barely contains and potassium. It has 99mg of potassium which is only 2% DV. If your main concern is magnesium supplementation than I’d recommend it but if you’re looking to supplement both this is not it."
