Get to Know Liv
Hi, I'm Liv Zbihley. I recently finished my Ph.D. in biochemistry at the University of Chicago.
Q: What are some ways magnesium supports your routine?
A: I've struggled with sleep quality since college. Taking magnesium at nighttime has been one of my favorite tools for rest and relaxation. Solaray SleepMag with magnesium plus melatonin is now a daily essential for me.
Q: Why do you choose Solaray?
A: As a biochemist, my biggest priority is choosing a brand that uses reputable ingredients and science-driven formulations. I trust Solaray because it triple-tests raw ingredients and formulates its supplements based on the latest research.
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do after you take your magnesium?
I love traveling (a favorite trip was Japan in 2025), music festivals, and hanging out with my mini goldendoodle, Rigatoni.
