"Because of a medication, I started taking this supplement over 20 years ago. I love the sublingual delivery that goes straight to the bloodstream. I have to cut my very sturdy nails quite often, my hair is thicker and stronger and it has had a beneficial affect on my skin. I recommend this product although you may want to start with a lower dosage depending upon you particular circumstances."
