"This is it! I take creatine daily and mix it in with my coffee. I was unaware of Milk Based Protein (MBP) and I love that with this product I get both! It dissolves great in my coffee, not perfect dissolvable with just water. It’s a little grainy but I’ve yet to find a creatine that doesn’t have some sort of texture no matter how much you mix it. This is an awesome product for the cost!"

This unflavored formula blends into my morning beverages without changing the flavor or texture and doesn't cause me any heaviness or bloating. "I really enjoyed this product. It was truly tasteless (which I always worry about with these types of things) and dissolved well. I used slightly warmer than room temperature water and an electric frother for mixing. Overall I haven’t used it long enough to recognize any long-term effect."

"I have lower bone density, and so I’ve been wanting to take creatine for awhile. I have been nervous to do so (too many stories from friends who gained weight, etc. ), so I was glad to bite the bullet with one as Solaray is a company I trust for other supplements (my B12 and D3+K2 are Solaray). I don’t know if it is making a difference yet, but it has been easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I did have a little stomach upset when I first started it, so I lowered the dosage. It is also too bitter for me to take on its own in water, so I add it to my smoothie. It is a little gritty so i feel like being in a smoothie helps mask that as well."

"The Solaray UNLIMIT creation g + MBP could use some improvements. I tried it on its own and mixed with protein powder. No matter how it is mixed it is very gritty. I like that it’s unflavored so it’s easy to add with other powders to make one drink. I could get past the grittiness if it works well, but it’s still early to tell."
