"Love this stuff! Since taking it my allergies and symptoms have decreased significantly! I have been suffering from severe allergies since childhood. I take Claritin and Zyrtec on a regular rotation but without the histamine blend included, I am still bothered and sneeze throughout the day as well as itchy eyes and scratchy throat. Every other day I take two of the histamine blend and on the other days I take one histamine blend and either a Claritin or Zyrtec. This really works for me."
