"This Microbiome Probiotic Colon Formula is ineffective for me. I usually get these strains of probiotics from coconut yogurt, but I bought this product because I am traveling to a place where that yogurt might not be available. So I tested this Solaray colon formula before leaving, and its a good thing I did. Because I have been constipated since the 3rd day. When I finally went back to my yogurt, its smooth moves every day again. I won't be using this product on my trip after all. Wish me luck on the road!"
