"Been trying Solaray NADH 10 primarily for the potential cellular energy and energy support benefits. Capsules are easy to take, no unpleasant taste that I can detect, and I genuinely like the packaging and dissolvability of the capsules. It’s a straight forward once a day capsule, however, I haven’t noticed a significant difference in energy levels while taking it. It’s interesting, but I haven’t noticed enough of a difference to rate higher than 3 stars. Seems like a quality supplement, just not one I immediately noticed a benefit for."

I noticed a little boost in energy. but nothing crazy or jittery. it was easy to take and i didn/t have any weird aftertaste or burps from it, It's hard to say for sure how much of a difference it made, especially with things like skin health, but i do feel like it helped a little. "I received this product free for my honest review. I’ve been using the Solaray NADH 10mg for a few weeks. It states it’s going to help with cellular energy. I have noticed a little difference in my mid afternoon crash. I don’t seem to be as fatigued but it’s not a huge difference. I’m going to give it a few more weeks to see if there’s an even bigger improvement in my energy levels. So far, not so bad. I would recommend giving it a try."
