"this is one of the best supplements out there that is one of the most highly underrated ones for anyone with brain fog. I would highly recommend this, especially if it’s caused by limes disease. I speak from experience on this do take two do take it in the morning to take it with a full glass of water and you make sure you eat something afterwards. Not that it would make you sick, but you just don’t know when it’s easier for your body tub absorbent with food. you do need to give it about 2 to 3 weeks for it to be fully beneficial, and while we do live in a “want it now” society mindset, it is not the same with supplements you have to give it time."
