"I've depended on Quercetin as a natural allergy defense for over 30 years. It works pretty well for folks who'd rather not take chemical singular or other antihistamines. The high dosage of Vitamin C, I believe, also keeps me healthier and more free of colds and flu. No scientific data to back up this statement, but I'm convinced."
