"I’ve been taking these supplements for a few days now. I haven’t seen any benefits as of yet. However, from reading on what this can do, it sounds amazing. The pills are in the smaller range regarding size. They don’t have a taste. However, the smell of the inside of the bottle is questionable. My husband didn’t smell anything but I definitely did. I haven’t had any negative side effects. It does say to take these capsule with food or a glass of water."

"Between the dosage (1 pill) and its size, these are really easy to take for someone who is normally terrible at ingesting large vitamins. No odor, no flavor, and thankfully no tummy issues. Now, in terms of long term benefits, this is where is becomes interesting and would recommend everyone to do their own research. For me, whether its placebo or not, my skin does happen to look better and my brain happens to be more focused since starting to use these. Give it a shot if youre curious."

"I’m so excited about this Solaray UNLIMIT Spermidine. The ingredients list that supplement came from rice germ which is gluten free and from natural food source. Yayy. I’ve been reading about beneficial Spermidine is as we age. Spermidine works by activating a cellular process called Authophagy which potentially helps cells maintains normal function as we age. "This supplement is in a transparent vegetable cellulose capsule, and it has no taste or smell, and it is easy to swallow. I heard spermidine has longevity and anti-aging effects if you take it for a long time, like 12 months.
