"I’ve been using solaray strong magnesium and creatinine for about two and a half weeks. So far, may experience has been positive. I’ve noticed that I feel more energized and active after my workout. Although the product is unflavored, I do notice a slightly bitter taste but it’s manageable for mi. The powder mixes well with water. However,if I let it sit for a while, something settles at the bottom of the glass. It mixes back in when stirred, so I prefer drinking it right after preparing it. Overall, I’m enjoying incorporating this product into my daily wellness routine and look forward to continuing to use it"

"Thank you Influenster. Mixed with milk for first try. I mixed too much powder with the cold fresh milk, so it didn't dissolve properly; when I drank it, it felt gritty with undissolved clumps of powder. After that failed attempt, I remixed it using less powder and room-temperature water. I couldn't really taste the powder, but I felt somewhat revitalized after a tiring stint of work."
