I can only speak to
"I can only speak to any changes I feel as I don't get blood levels checked when taking this, but it seems to be okay. No negative reactions and I am trying to add Vitamin D during the winter months when I'm not outside enough. I have used Solaray products for many years as they are a quality supplement for the most part."
