Helps me with my IBS C more than linzess
"I have had constant moderate constipation with bloating with no relief from a lot of fiber supplements, laxatives, and Gastroenterologist/primary care MD prescribed meds like linzess that didn't work or gave me severe diarrhea. Now this powder is apart of my GI regimen and it works. It keeps me regular with good healthy stools without bloating. Be careful of the type of fiber you take in because not all fiber is treated the same but this fiber works well with IBS C atleast. Thank you!"
