"This has definitely been helpful. I used to have to eat pampering and middle like candy for the first few days. I was glad to discover Vitex, bc it helps to cause the symptoms to back off and I can function. It's natural and doesn't make me sick. I will also suggest some ginger chews, lemon ginger tea and Healthy Cycle tea, these work very well in conjunction with the Vitex to naturally ease the symptoms and cramps. Glad I found this product!"
