"For 27 years, I lived in sub-Saharan Bantu black Africa, most prominently in the central west nations of Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Republic of the Congo. I speak French, of course, and six other regional Bantu languages. I was much younger then; Yohimbe, kola nut, local palm wine, and pastis were daily indulgences, never with ill effect when balanced, and consumed in moderation. Today, combined with my current regime of supplements from Solaray, exclusively, supplements intended to provide balance in other ways, Yohimbe – once a dear accompaniment, an accomplice to my life on the edge, on the fringe – finds itself in me unable to work its magic as intended. No fault to Yohimbe, certainly, and none to me. One who is truly free blames no one, nothing. Freedom to me is granted in part through all the benefits I receive in my collaboration with Solaray."
