"In 2025, I was diagnosed with osteopenia. The technician of my '26 DEXA scan recommended that I take collagen in addition to extra calcium. In my research, I found that bovine collagen has so much sodium, it would negate my blood pressure Rx. These capsules are easily swallowed, no taste and no side effects. I don't know the effectiveness until '27 DEXA. 4 stars because, I wish, like other Solaray products, this specific formulation was available where many other products of the same brand are sold. I live in a small town with 3 health food stores. Delivery took a long time because I do not trust Amazon."
