"I’ve been trying to research it but I can’t find anything specific, I know why I’m taking the pills I don’t need any verification of the indication for the pills, can just someone tell me about it how much provides the best efficacy otherwise it’s depressing, I feel like I’m wasting my time if I take one pill which with each meal and I should be taking three pills with each meal, if there’s a top dosage or a dosage that would have the best efficacy, Like with the Spirulina I’m taking, my research says I can take up to 12 to 15,000 mg but I can’t find anything on these pills and it’s really depressing to me for the reason I’m taking them to not know something in terms of dosage, if you don’t want to put it in print can someone please email me, charles3737@sbcglobal.net"
