"For the last three years, I get severe cramps in my legs, usually at night when I’m sleeping. A friend recommended taking mineral supplements. He recommended Solaray. For the past year, I’ve been taking Solaray potassium, magnesium, and calcium citrate at night before going to bed. I rarely get cramps any more. I like Solaray because their vitamins are superior to most other brands, absorb great, and, although a little costly, they are worth the extra cost."
