"I cannot find it in a store anymore so bought at Solaray website. I need methyl versions of B12 snd folate. I need to supplement with a sublingual form. I cannot absorb B12 in my stomach due to pernicious anemia. The cherry flavor melts well in a dry mouth. I like this product very much."
