"This is an excellent product. It is the natural and therefore effective form of folic acid (folate) and B12 (methylcobalamin) for those who cannot process the synthetic form, like myself. This would include people with MTHFR variants. It is sublingual which is necessary if you have pernicious anemia or other gastric issues affecting stomach absorption.
