"The only vitamins missing from this is the K's. That is rare, because most are missing many vitamins we need daily. This product works. I trust Solaray with all my needs. Thank you."

"I’ve tried out several different prenatal sand although this has a big smell to it, it hasn’t upset my stomach at all. It’s def my favorite!"
— Kate D. (5/5)
"They’re big and have a funny smell but I felt great taking these through my first trimester. I stopped taking them because I felt the vitamin a level was a little high and going into the second and third trimester, felt I should be supplementing less than what this pill has. You shouldn’t have more than 3000 and this is at (I think) 2300ish so I felt like if I ate anything with vitamin a I was going to put my baby at risk, especially as development progressed. The Internet might have scared me for no reason but I feel like these would be perfect if vitamin A was closer to 1300."

"I’ve used this through pregnancy and postpartum and it seems to give me what I need without feeling nauseous from them."
— Kate D. (5/5)
"The change from 5 tablets to 1 capsule is fantastic, but the capsule does have a bit of a fishy taste."

"Great stuff"
