"I struggle sometimes taking bigger pills and supplements . These however go down fine . Taste is ok , I’m waiting to see how it impacts cholesterol but I have no doubts . My urologist has me take maca root because she feels they are they best brand far as effectiveness and lot of friends feel the same way about Solaray too"
