This works great as a sleep aid and I have no issues falling and staying asleep but the texture of the pill is a bit much for before bed. I'd love to see this in a different form in the future"

"I was sent this to try and review from influencer. I have been taking for a few days now. I normally take 12 milligram melatonin so this is way lower dose, but it still has worked. I also take a prescription med that they recommend you take magnesium, I like the fact I only have to take one capsule a night. The capsule is not small but pretty easy to take. I have not noticed any aftertaste at all . I also have not felt groggy or tired that next day."

I like that you only have to take one a day and it works in about a half hour. There are no side effects nor grogginess the next morning. The only negative is the size of the capsule; it is on the bigger side yet it still slides down with ease.
