"I think this is helping to lower my BP, but it's only been a month and I know supplements can take 2 months or longer to work. I take it as directed in the morning on an empty stomach. My stomach has no issues, thank goodness, so I will continue to take this for months to see if it truly is helping with my BP. But as of now, it is a little lower."
