"After using it for about two weeks, I noticed a change on my energy level not a lot but, a little difference. It's essential to set realistic expectations, as a dietary supplements, it's not a magic solution. While I didn't experience dramatic changes, the improvements in energy are okay. I didn't really like the taste or the smells . They are too strong. The results may vary from person to person. After taking the capsule I felted really thirsty.
