They stole my money.
"I ordered two vitamin products. The screen said, "Your order is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly." The money was taken from my bank, but I never received the "confirmation email with an order number". I didn't receive the products in the mail either. I sent two complaints via their online customer service system and never heard back. I finally talked to a real person. She said they would contact me via email. They never have. I've been conned."
