"Research shows that I should be taking not less than 12,500 iu and a complementary amount of vitamin K (~5,000-ish iu), per a Doctor of Nutrition. So as a retired senior, per the label, I need to take not less than 2-3 capsules a day. This would explain why they sell them as a 90 count/bottle and why the pill count would last only one month."
