"My wife likes this product. The SleepMag has quickly become part of her evening routine, especially on nights when her mind just won’t slow down. The reason I rate 4 stars because it still has 1% melatonin. However, the combination with magnesium glycinate with plant based melatonin is good. It feels like more balance and sprouting but not overly strong. She doesn’t feel headache or tired after using this product but still gets the good sleep."

"I have been taking this product nightly for a month. I was hoping to have crazy good results. But for me, I’ve not noticed any drastic difference. I think the magnesium is good to take but melatonin doesn’t really help me. I’ve still woken up in the middle of the night and sometimes had issues falling asleep. I do feel like I’ve slept deeper and had more vivid dreams. If melatonin works for you then you will probably have more success than I have and it’d be worth trying."

"have to say that regular melatonin and other sleep supplements like Zzzquil make me drowsy and grouchy the next day. But this plant based melatonin is awesome! I take one capsule about an hour before going to bed and I really feel like it helps me drift to sleep and stay asleep. I tested it out and without it I lay there forever and struggle falling asleep, then I wake up a lot. Best of all, no drowsy grouchiness the next day! I'm definitely adding this to my restock list!"

"I am all about taking vitamins and I have struggles with sleeping and falling asleep. But these did not help me one bit. I have been taking these for weeks and couldn't tell any difference. They are easy to swallow and don't leave a aftertaste which I did like. They have great ingredients in them and it's a great formula. But they didn't work for me."

"This is my first time taking a magnesium and melatonin supplement- it’s such a smart pairing. Normally when I take melatonin, it helps me sleep but I wake up groggy in the morning. So far, I haven’t experienced that while taking this supplement. It’s nice to get 2 sleep-promoting products in a single pill too. I actually haven’t taken just magnesium before but I know it is supposed to support better sleep.
