Recipe Roundup: 3 Delicious, Prebiotic-Packed Options

Recipe Roundup: 3 Delicious, Prebiotic-Packed Options

There’s a lot to love about our Prebiotic Powder. Of course, it’s a game-changer because it helps promote butyric acid production and a healthy gut barrier—as well as supports overall digestive wellness.* But there’s also the fact that it’s non-gritty and can be easily mixed into your favorite beverage or incorporated into virtually any snack or meal (without contributing added sugars).

When we introduced it as part of our Mycrobiome Collection earlier this year, we knew we’d see Solaray fans using it in some delicious and creative recipes. And we certainly have. We’ve rounded up three of our favorites, from three incredibly talented health bloggers, to help you feed your probiotics and nourish your gut.*
