"It’s not missing anything and everything is 100% DV, this is essentially a prenatal without DHA/folate. I have severe ARFID and eat less than 1000 cal a day with no variety; I’m convinced this multi is why I’m still alive even. I’ve been taking it for years now. The taste is very very strong and you smell it on your breath and have little burps for hours. My boyfriend had the same experience with the mens liposomal multi and refused to finish the bottle. It has everything I want and more but it tastes so bad all day so I end up with days where I don’t want to deal with that so I don’t take it."
